Return Policy We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Swimsuits are not eligible for exchange or return. [NO EXCEPTIONS] If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Brwn Life reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy. If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.
